Orders are usually processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

For all shipments within the U.K., buyer is given the option of Pick up from the store,Standard (3-4days)  Express Saver (1-2 Days). Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Direct signature required. If you request no signature, W O N D E R O U N D is not responsible in case of theft.

Please email for an exchange authorisation code before  exchanging items. We cannot issue exchanges for items returned without this code.

You are responsible for any exchange shipping costs. W O N D E R O U N D  is not responsible for exchange shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

We have the right to deny exchange if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.




Residents of UK will pay state tax on their purchase. 

International orders will be shipped via DHL International or Royal mail. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 5-10 days from the order date. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside.

Online gift certificates are for use online only. At this time, we cannot honor any online credit in either brick and mortar location. All in-store gift certificates are for use in our brick and mortar locations only, and cannot be honored through the online store.
